Ranch Guests Lodging Link
You are only reserving your guests lodging in the wedding packages. This gives you and your guests exclusive rights to all of our cabins. Your Guests are happy and excited to share in your special day or weekend. Your Guests don't expect you to pay for their lodging. We have been hosting weddings with lodging since 2010 and guests have had no issues paying for their overnight accommodations! The experience your guests will have at your wedding will have them talking about it for years to come!!
Here's how it works.
You decide what to charge and where to place your guests. Most couples charge $100-$125 per person per night largely depending upon what package you choose. You will set up a PayPal account. We will set a link to your PayPal account on your private guest lodging link. You send the lodging link to the guest you'd like to stay on the ranch, let them know the lodging cost and you're done. PayPal will send you a message every time your guests register and pay.
Booking
- Your favorite date can be reserved with a Signed Agreement and an initial deposit/payment
Deposit/Payments
- 20% deposit/payment required to secure your date and lock in your price. Non refundable
- 20% due 6 months prior to your event date
- 20% due 3 months prior to your event date
- Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your event date
Payments
- Payments can be made to Rusty Spurs Ranch by certified check, personal check, cash, or by Credit here on website.
Additional Insured Certificate Required
- Liability Insurance Certificate required naming the venue as Additional Insured
