- 20% deposit/payment required to secure your date and lock in your price. Non refundable
- 20% due 6 months prior to your event date
- 20% due 3 months prior to your event date
- Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your event date

- Payments can be made to Rusty Spurs Ranch by bank check, personal check, cash, or by Credit Card here on our website.
Additional Insured Certificate Required
- Liability Insurance Certificate required naming the venue as Additional Insured
